Who we are
Sahyog NGO provides websites, donation pages and a digital office to NGOs, societies and trusts. In this policy, "we" means Sahyog NGO, and "your NGO" means an organisation that uses our service.
Information you give us on this website
When you book a demo we collect your name, mobile number and, if you choose to give them, your NGO's name, its area of work and your city. We use this only to call you about the demo and our service. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Information inside an NGO's account
Each NGO's website and dashboard holds information the NGO adds: donors, donations, members, volunteers and accounts. That information belongs to the NGO. We store it to provide the service, and we do not use it for anything else.
- Each NGO's information is kept separate. No other NGO can see it.
- Only the NGO's own staff, with the logins the NGO gives them, can see it. Our team looks at it only when the NGO asks for help, or to keep the service running and secure.
- Donations go directly to the NGO's own bank account. We do not handle donors' money.
- If an NGO leaves, we give it a copy of its records, then delete them from our service.
Cookies
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and to protect forms from misuse. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
All pages use https. Passwords are stored in scrambled form that nobody can read. We take regular backups and keep our software up to date.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. If you are a donor or member of an NGO, please contact that NGO first, as it decides how its records are used.
