The service
Sahyog NGO gives your NGO a website, donation pages, receipts, member records and a dashboard, set up and looked after by us. The features you get depend on your plan.
Fees and payment
- Plans are paid yearly in advance, as shown on your invoice. Prices are plus GST where it applies.
- We never take a share of your donations. Donations go straight to your bank account.
- If an invoice stays unpaid after its due date, we may pause your website until it is paid. We will remind you before we do.
Your content and your data
- Everything your NGO adds (text, photos, donors, members and records) belongs to your NGO.
- You confirm you have the right to publish what you put on your website, including photos of people, and members' consent to show them.
- You are responsible for the receipts and registration details you issue, such as 80G or FCRA numbers. Please check them with your CA.
Fair use
Please don't use the service for anything unlawful, to mislead donors, or to send spam. We may suspend a website that does.
Support and availability
We work hard to keep every website online and safe, and we help on phone and WhatsApp during working hours. Like any online service, there may be short breaks for maintenance.
Leaving
You can stop at the end of any paid period. We will give you your donors, donations, members and records as files you can open in Excel.
