Who this policy is for
This policy covers the fees an NGO pays to Sahyog NGO for its website and digital office. It does not cover donations.
Donations made to an NGO
Donations go straight from the donor to the NGO's own bank account. We never receive or hold donors' money, so we cannot refund a donation. If you are a donor and want a refund, please contact the NGO you gave to. Its phone number and email are on its website and on your receipt.
Your yearly plan
- Within 7 days of paying, before your website goes live: tell us and we refund the full amount.
- If we are late: if your website is not live within 30 days of you sending us your content, for reasons on our side, you can ask for a full refund.
- After your website is live: the fee for the current year is not refundable. Your website and dashboard keep working until the end of the year you paid for.
- Upgrading your plan during the year: you pay only the difference for the months left.
Things we cannot refund
- A domain name we bought for you, such as yourngo.org. It is paid to the domain company and stays registered in your NGO's name.
- Bank or payment charges taken by your bank or UPI app.
Renewal
We send you a reminder 30 days before your year ends. Nothing is charged automatically. If you decide not to renew, we give you a copy of all your records.
How to ask for a refund
Email or WhatsApp us with your NGO's name and payment details. We reply within one working day. Approved refunds are paid to the account you paid from, within 7 working days.
